§ 1 Scope of Application
1.1. These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by customers via the online store of Lafleur & Co.
1.2. Customers within the meaning of these GTC include both consumers as defined in § 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) and entrepreneurs as defined in § 14 BGB, unless otherwise specified in connection with the contract.

§ 3 Conclusion of Contract
3.1. The presentation of products on the website does not constitute a binding offer but an invitation to submit an offer.
3.2. The contract is concluded when the customer completes the order and the seller accepts it.
3.3. Orders can only be placed by adults and legally capable individuals.
§ 4 Prices and Payment Terms
4.1. All prices stated are final prices in Euros (EUR) and include the statutory VAT.
4.2. Shipping will be done at the shipping costs displayed during the order process.
4.3. Payment is made via PayPal, credit card, or other payment methods offered by Amazon or Shopify.
4.4. The customer agrees to pay the purchase price immediately after the order.
§ 5 Delivery
5.1. Delivery will be made worldwide to the address provided by the customer.
5.2. Shipping is handled by an external shipping service provider. The delivery time is 5-9 business days from the time of the order.
5.3. Shipping costs will be shown to the customer during the order process and calculated at checkout.
§ 6 Right of Withdrawal
6.1. Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period starts from the day the consumer or a third party designated by them takes possession of the goods.
6.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform the seller of their decision to withdraw from the contract (e.g., by email).
6.3. In the event of withdrawal, the customer must return the goods without delay, and at the latest within 14 days.
6.4. The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
§ 7 Liability and Warranty
7.1. The statutory warranty rights apply.
7.2. In case of defects, the customer is entitled to a subsequent performance (repair or replacement delivery).
7.3. If subsequent performance is not possible within a reasonable period, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract or reduce the purchase price.
7.4. Liability for damages caused by simple negligence is only given in the case of the violation of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties).
§ 8 Liability
8.1. The seller is only liable for damages if they are based on intent or gross negligence.
8.2. The seller is not liable for damages caused by the customer.
8.3. Liability for indirect damages or lost profits is excluded.
§ 9 Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
9.1. German law applies, excluding international purchase laws.
9.2. For disputes arising from this contract, the jurisdiction is the seller’s place of business, provided the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law.
§ 10 Final Provisions
10.1. If any provisions of these GTC are invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
10.2. Changes or additions to these GTC must be made in writing.
